Josh Cullen — Partner & Master Craftsman
Josh is a builder who has spent decades mastering every phase of construction — from laying foundations and framing to finish carpentry, tile work, and the fine details that define a truly well-built home. There are few things in the building trades that Josh hasn’t done, and fewer still that he hasn’t done exceptionally well.
His range of skills is matched only by his standards. Josh is the craftsman who notices what others walk past, who takes pride in work that will last long after the project is complete, and who brings the same level of care and commitment to every job regardless of size or scope. He doesn’t cut corners, doesn’t take shortcuts, and doesn’t consider a job finished until it meets his own high bar — which is always higher than the minimum.
Josh understands that a home is more than a structure. It’s where families live, grow, and make memories. That perspective shapes how he approaches every nail, every board, and every finish decision on every project he touches.

MEET THE TEAM
Brad Hallums — Owner & Licensed General Contractor
Brad is a Knoxville native with deep roots in East Tennessee and a career built on managing complex projects at the highest level. Before founding 41 Homes, Brad spent 15 years with the University of Tennessee Athletics Department, where he oversaw facilities operations for one of the largest athletic programs in the country — managing a $5.5 million annual operating budget, coordinating teams of up to 50 contractors and staff, and keeping high-stakes projects on time and on budget.
That same discipline, attention to detail, and accountability is what Brad brings to every 41 Homes project. As a Tennessee Licensed General Contractor, Brad personally oversees each job from first consultation through final walkthrough — because your home deserves that level of commitment.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant Sciences & Landscape Systems and a Master’s degree, both from the University of Tennessee.
